In Preparation For Princess Sophie!

Weekend was tiring.  After finished work on Saturday, I took a quick nap before getting ready to get to Holiday Inn, Glenmarie for the Jam Session event. This was a charity event organized by Malaysia Association of Hotels and they had  dozens of club bands performing for that night. Arrived there around 6pm and the event was already went half way since they started around 2pm

When all the band members finally arrived at 6.30pm, we hung around for about an hour before getting ready to get on stage at 7.30pm right after Chemistry finished their performance. I know Ajeng from Chemistry since he used to be a buttsex buddy of Azim who happened to be buttsex buddy of Wancat who is a friend of mine. Not a bad band they were, probably will check them up again when I remember where they are playing now. I swear Ajeng told me about it that day but I forgot already.

Anyway, we got ourselves on stage, plugged our instrument and start to rock the crowds. We played 5 of our originals and another 4 covers. Since we’re the only non club bands, I thought the crowds might reserved to listening to unfamiliar songs, but we gave it a chance anyway. Turned out to be quite good since I see lots of head bangers from the crowds. 45 minutes passed and finished our set (with encore request), I took my arse quickly to Lembah Keramat for Ijan’s malam berinai.

Haven’t seen Ijan for 1000 years and suddenly now he’s married. The night was carnival, with fireworks and kompang. I didn’t eat anything since I was tired. Hung around for a while, talked to few makciks and relatives and nenet too. I left at 11.30pm, went straight to home, took a shower, called Mey and talked for a while before I call it a night.

And that’s for Saturday.

We had a video music shoot the next morning, but will brag about it later.

Oh, Princess Adea told me that The Doctor has been in labour since last night. Will gives update about it later, too.
